The TODAY Show featured the Asylum Seeker Advocacy Project (ASAP) in a piece discussing immigrant children separated from parents at the U.S. border. Earlier this month, the Trump administration made it official U.S. policy to separate children from their parents at our border. Hundreds of children have been ripped from their families: 658 kids in the first 13 days of the program alone. ASAP joins many other advocates in calling for an end to family separation, an end to family detention, and an end to the horrific violence by CBP and ICE. ASAP is proud to be recognized by the TODAY Show among other organizations working nationally to defend immigrant families, including The Florence Project, Kids in Need of Defense (KIND), TogetherRising, and The Young Center.
